Frustrated with the inefficient ticket purchasing process on Ticketmaster, especially while trying to buy Taylor Swift concert tickets, I set out to create a user-centric app that simplifies the experience and eliminates common pain points. The goal of this project was to develop an intuitive and visually appealing app interface that streamlines the ticket buying process, reduces wait times in virtual queues, and avoids excessive service fees.
